Oxfordian Theory: proposes that Edward de Vere 17th Earl of Oxford, wrote Williams Shakespeare plays and poems.
Bacon Theory: The bacon theory says that all his poems or plays were written by Lord Chancellor Fransisc Bacon.
Another theory states that his biography was incompatible with his poetry. That means that Shakespeare may havent write.
We discussed and we think the Bacon theory is the best because although it is a theory and it may not be true, the theory that says that his biography is incompatible so it may be true that Another person wrote his poetry such as Bacon.

Man Vs him self    ex:  in the movie shelter island, its a reporter that comes to investigate in an island that the only  thing that has inside, is a mental hospital. He stays for like 1 day, and he cant get out, they dont leave him go. At the end he was a pacient that was a reporter but 5 years before, that had found out that his wife had killed his kids and then he kills her and becomes mad.

Man against socaety another man / person   ex: In the movie hitman, the main character is a killer that was send to kill the president. After he kills the president, the company that he works for, send all the society of killers to kill him.

All ways you can push through a challenge: a perfect example of this is tin tin. he always finds something interesting, and starts to investigate, and to folow the clues. Every time he is about to discover something, he hits a challenge. at the end, he gets to the end of the investigation, and overcomes his challenges. Another perfect example is the movie forrest gump.

Frendship takes sacrifice   ex: Like in the book uglies, when the main character is going to give the location of the smoke city, and then she realizes that she dosent need to be pretty to be happy, she can be happy when she is with her friends.

Love conquers all   ex: a perfect example of this theme, is the movie that you should us about shakespear. A midsumer night dream. Affter all this problems, love still conquers all, humans and faries.

Death is a part of a cycle   ex: in the movie my dog skipper, it about this kid who grows with his dog skipper and really loves him, one day he was outside with his dog trying to play with him, but the dog is to old and he dies.

Sacrificeses give rewards   ex: in meet the robinsons, the main character works very hard in the inventions, and he tries to get adoped by showing all his experiments, but they all go wrong. he just keeps working and working, and when he gets taken to the future, he noticed that the family of his dreams, is the one he would have in the future.

 

Man vs nature   ex: in the movie yoggy bear, the bad guy is planing to distroy the whole park to creat a some new building. the good guy are trying to defend the forest, and the animals help also. its the bad guy vs nature.

  Problem: The Stormbreaker computer has a virus a very lethal virus, and they are going to put 1       Stormbreaker in every school in Europe.  

 Solution: They capture him (but then he runs away) and stop the activation of the virus!

Plot elements Stormbreaker

Introduction: The introduction is (for me) one of the best introductions ever. The introduction has to be interesting, but it also has to give some information, but not so much. When i started reading it, i was shocked. The intension and the drama of the introduction was so good, i recommended this book without even finish reading it. The introduction tells about the main characters life (Alex Rider) and how he thought that his uncle was just a simple guy who worked at a bank, but what he didn't know has that he was a secret agent that worked for the MI6. His baby sitter/ best friend comes from america and dosent know how much time she got left in England.

Rising Action: Here is were the story get really interesting. It starts to push up the action and accumulate the drama. It was really clear that this was the rising action because here alex discovers that his uncle was killed on a mission. When he goes to his funeral, there are lots of wired men that he didn't recognized, and then he finds his uncles car with bullet holes! The MI6 tell him that he has  the opportunity to revenge his uncle. After a lot of hesitation, Alex accepts, and gets send to a military training facility. He was with a group that didn't use names, they used code names like for example wolf. He was cub. No body liked him at the beginning, but at the end they are all friends. When he finishes the training, they tell him what to do. His uncle was doing an undercover job in a company called Saylers Interprice. They made computers. recently they had intended the Stormbreaker, a computer that had the newest technology in the whole world. The company was runed by a very rich bad man called Herod Sayler. He was going to give a computer to every school in Europe. He was going to go there like a student who won a contest and was going to try the Stormbreaker. They gave his some gadgets and off he went.

Climax: This is obviously the best part of the story, because he is in the enemys base, all by himself. Here is were the story starts to unfold, here is were the action and drama really is shown. Here he discovers Sayler's plan. Something that might be worthless, but i think it was pretty cool, is that as soon has he gets to  Sayler's house, he sees this giant Portugues Man O War. This is a really big medusa. This shows that this guy is really bad, who keeps a 8 feet medusa in his living room? When he goes to try the Stormbreaker, he plays with it like for 2 hours, and then he escapes the room. He goes into the factory, and discovers a horrible secret. In all the Stormbreakers the is a virus a very lethal virus. If all the governments systems are down, he can start a war. To activate the virus, he is going to use the prime minister. He is going to make his push the button that will "connect" all the stormbreakers, and the virus. When he goes back to the head cutters of the MI6, he tells them and go ruing to the national museum that was the lunching spot that same day!

Falling Action: Here is when he stops Sayler and finds out some horrible secrts. Another stupid but interesting fact, is that from sayler interprice to london (were his uncle was killed) he was in a very powerful mercedez. He stops the prime minister from pushing that yellow (i imagen) button. After the MI6 did some more research, the virus wasn't only computer, but also there was a smallpox like diseases. Herod had escaped, but at the end he gets killed by the same killer that killed alexs uncle.

Resolution: He goes bak to school, and to his normal life. Also his best friend get to stay in England because they gave her a visa.

Setting: England, London and in the country side of London

Characters: Alex Rider, Ean Rider, Herod Sayler, Mr. gin, Vole, Mrs Jones, Alan Blund

For me this was a very good book, it was amazing how the author manages to  create action and drama since the introduction.

Plot Elements and Characterization

The plot is the sequence of the events in the story. The climax is the part of the story that is most interesting. The resolution is the last part of the story. Her is when al the loose ends tied up. Raising Action, this is when the characters problems start to develop. Also this is when the story starts to get interesting (develop) . The introduction is when the characters are introduced. Here is when they show their talents. Characterization is basically how the author makes the characters. It is how he tries to make them more real.

Character Characteristics

Every character has to have a look. A look is one of the things that define a character; its what makes it more real. The character has to have a talent. That's one of the things that are interesting of a story; how the characters talent, helps to move on during the problem. The ambition of the character, sometimes helps the problem, or it helps the character to focus. Also the character has to have a deep dark secret. If he dosent have a secret, then the bad guy dosent have any advantage on him. The best friend is very important, is that person that he can always turn to. His worst enemy is the problem, so it is kind of important. Something that is ver important, but it dosent seem so, is the name. The name reflects who he is, it his personality.
